The staff here were friendly and welcoming, the location was great for exploring California, and it was conveniently situated near local dining options, a Starbucks, and a grocery store.

We had a fantastic stay in a brand-new room with a comfortable king-size bed located right next to the metro station, overall a perfect setting.

This is surely the best brand-new hotel, helpful staff, well-equipped rooms. As for me location is nice, close to a Starbucks, Maryland and city centre. Would stay here again when in College Park, it's dope!

Our stay at Towneplace Suites was exceptional. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, especially the shower. The hotel's 21+ age policy allowed for a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. We also appreciated the safe and organized distribution of breakfast to each guest.

The room was not as spacious as we would have liked, particularly with a king bed and couch which limited our movement. Additionally, the pet fee seemed a bit expensive, and we only found out about it after confirming that pets were allowed.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It is situated perfectly, close to the University of Maryland and just a short drive from the city center. This made it convenient for me to explore the area and visit local restaurants.

It forced me to walk around to the front side, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the key to my room didn't work initially, causing me to make multiple trips to the front desk.

Our stay here was wonderful, excellent place for exploring College Park. the room was well-equipped and included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a couch bed. - the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect for traveling around College Park, near a Starbucks and grocery store, local restaurants.

This hotel had some great aspects that made my stay enjoyable. Firstly, the location was perfect, not right in the city center but close enough to easily access everything. Secondly, the staff at the front desk, especially Kenesha, were incredibly sweet and helpful, making sure our reservation hiccups were sorted out. Lastly, the rooms were impressive, with a comfortable king-size bed and a lovely shower that added a touch of luxury. Additionally, I appreciated that they had breakfast available and safely provided it to each guest.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.
